Jira Plugin Data (Processed Locally, Not Stored)

The plugin accesses the following Jira data temporarily in memory only to generate AI prompts:

Issue summaries, descriptions, and comments
Issue metadata (status, priority, assignee, reporter, dates)
Linked issue references and relationships
Project names and issue keys

Important: This data is processed in real-time and never transmitted to or stored on our servers. It exists only in your Jira instance's memory during prompt generation.

Website & Support Data (Collected)

Contact Form Submissions: Name, email address, company name, and message content
Email Communications: Correspondence with contactcheapai@gmail.com
Analytics: Basic visit data via GitHub Pages (see Section 7)

3. How We Use Your Data

Local Processing Model

Cheap AI for Workplace operates entirely within your Jira environment:

Zero Data Transmission: No Jira issue data is sent to our servers
Zero Data Retention: We cannot access, store, or view your Jira data
Zero Third-Party Sharing: Your data is never shared with AI providers or other third parties

All prompt generation happens client-side within your browser and Jira instance.

5. Third-Party Services

FormSubmit.co (Contact Form Processing)

Our website contact form uses FormSubmit.co to deliver emails. Their privacy policy applies to form submissions:

We use FormSubmit.co's "no Captcha" option which disables their analytics tracking, but they still process email delivery.

GitHub Pages (Website Hosting)

Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect:

IP addresses and browser information
Visit timestamps and page views
